Kate plays a key role on our team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes with her strong organizational skills and talent for multitasking. She handles details, questions, and processes with ease, helping create a seamless experience for both our team and our customers. She is fluent in both English and Russian.
She brings a thoughtful and dependable approach to her work, along with a natural ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Kate also has a creative side—she’s classically trained in singing and enjoys expressing herself through music and art.
Outside of work, Kate loves listening to her favorite music, and treating herself to well-earned downtime. She’s also always looking for ways to grow, from building new habits to making time for painting in the years ahead.

A retired math teacher, she spent years guiding young people—something that still shows in her patient and thoughtful approach today. Behind the scenes, Jacque plays an essential role in supporting the team and ensuring customers feel cared for. She’s always happy to help get you connected—just send the office a text, and she can schedule an appointment with Malyka or Justice to review your auto, home, or life insurance needs.
Family is at the heart of Jacque’s life. She and her husband enjoy playing pickle-ball, and she is a proud mother of four daughters and grandmother to ten grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys puzzling, reading, and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking for those she loves.
Always looking to grow, Jacque has recently taken an interest in sourdough baking and continues to focus on practicing patience both personally and professionally. Jacque truly is one of a kind, and we’re so lucky to have her on our team.

She also has a passion for travel and looks forward to exploring places like Italy, all while working toward her goal of building strong financial habits for the future.
